Terry Greenke has valued businesses for 21 years and within most major categories; manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, services, retail, high-tech, internet, startups, franchises, motels, restaurants, etc.  Businesses valued have had revenue from virtually nothing to over $100 million. 

The purposes of the valuations have ranged from mergers & acquisitions to C-corp conversions, estate planning, gifting of minority interests, shareholder disputes, bank financing, SBA loans, QES 401(k) investments under ERISA regulations, and corporate insurance protection.

Mr. Greenke was a business manager for both Union Carbide and British Petroleum prior to becoming a Business Appraiser.  As President of a BP subsidiary, he managed up to 140 employees.
